In the event of cancellation, symposium fee will not be refunded until after the symposium.
Hanko is the nearest town, located 14 km to west from the symposium place. Hanko city provides alternative accommodation on variety Hotels and hostels. Unfortunately there is no public transportation between Hanko and Tvärminne Zoological Station, so you will need your own car, or use shared cab/taxi transport. There are several ways to reach Tvärminne Zoological Station, by private car, or by ferry, or by flight.
We provede transportation from Helsinki main railway station to Tvärminne Zoological Station. Departure site will be send to you after complete registration. Transportation is inculded in symposium fee.

Tuesday 6th October 14.00 hours
There will be transportation from Tvärminne back to Helsinki main railway station on
Thursday 8th October at 15.00 hours.
It takes approximately 2 hours to get from Tvärminne to Helsinki main railway station. A bus from railway station to airport takes approximately 35 mins.
